We are very grateful to have such amazing clients and we have been truly humbled by your messages and well wishes. Many of you have been in touch regarding your appointments so we thought it would be helpful to let you know how we are managing our future bookings.

What do I do if I have missed an appointment due to COVID-19?

We are so sorry that you have had to miss your appointment with us, however we know this is for the best! The great news is that you do not need to do anything! All clients who had an appointment with us will be automatically prioritised. Once we know when we will be re-opening we will be contacting all clients who had an appointment with us whilst we were closed. We will ensure that we contact everyone in date order to give priority to those who have been waiting the longest.

What if I no longer want my future appointment?

We understand that this is a hard time for everyone and that not everyone will want their appointment when things get back to normal. If you are able to let us know in advance that would be amazing please email If you receive text reminders you will also be able to cancel your appointment the normal way by texting back.

How can I book a future appointment?

Until we are certain of our new opening date we will be temporarily postponing taking any future appointments and have disabled our online booking service. We appreciate this may be frustrating. However it ensures we do not have to keep contacting you regarding your appointments as the situation changes. It also allows us to put the fairest system in place for clients who have missed their appointments. If you did not miss an appointment but would like to be contacted as soon as we are open please read below.

Priority List

All clients who have missed an appointment will automatically be added to our priority list. You will be contacted first once we know our reopening date. There is no obligation to take an appointment but we want to give you first refusal. If you would like to be added to our priority list as you have not missed an appointment but need one please fill out your details here.
