We are so excited to see you! We downed our tools and closed our salon doors just over 3 (very long) months ago and we were overwhelmed by the support and well wishes from you! We hope that this post finds you and your loved ones well!

Our doors are now ready to open again and we plan to do so on the 6th July. When we do open our top priority is you. Our stylists are eager and ready to tackle that 3 months of regrowth or even to correct those home salon looks. We want you to have the best and safest experience possible with us, which is why we have made the following changes to our salon. Please read the below before attending your appointment. As always you can call/email us with any questions. Please bare in mind the below guidance is based on current government guidelines. We stand ready to make any further changes to our working process.

To protect everyone in the salon we are asking all staff and clients to please stay at home if you are showing any signs of being unwell. This includes but is not limited to a high temperature, a cough and cold/flu like symptoms. If you answer yes to any of the below questions please re-schedule your appointment:

– Have you had the recent onset of a new continuous cough?

– Do you have a high temperature?

– Have you noticed a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell?

Social Distancing

Please respect social distancing guidelines by staying 2m away from other customers and staff members.

All stations will be 2m apart. Where this is not possible screens will be in place to protect you.

In order to facilitate the above we will temporarily be running longer opening hours and our team will be working in 2 separate teams. This will allow staff and clients the space they need to be safe. Our new hours will be as follows:

Monday - 9:30am - 7pm

Tuesday 9:30am - 7pm

Wednesday - 9:30am - 8pm

Thursday - 9:30am - 8pm

Friday - 9:30am - 7pm

Saturday - 9:30am - 7pm

Sunday - closed

Please bare in mind that the phone will not be manned for all of the above hours. Please feel free to leave us a voicemail and we will happily call you back.

Services and Pricing

Let's face it, unless you pulled a Britney during lockdown your probably sporting a much longer do right now. For some it could have been the perfect time to grow out your locks and you may be loving your new do. If this is not the case we have introduced a re-style service. This service gives you more time with your stylist; to discuss your vision and for them to perfect it. If you think you need this service please let us know prior to your appointment.

You may notice that some of our prices have increased.  These increases are due to increased running costs of the business during this time.  We appreciate that this is not ideal during these uncertain times, so we have kept these increases as minimal as possible. It is not our ethos to compromise on the quality of our services and the products we use. Our priority is to make you look and feel amazing.

During Your Appointment

In order to assist with social distancing we ask that you arrive for your appointment on time (rather than early) if possible. We ask that during this time you attend your appointment alone. This is with the exception of dependants who may bring one parent or carer with them.

Please try to attend your appointment with as little as possible, i.e coats, bags etc. We know this may not always be possible. Fingers crossed the English weather help us out! During this time our cloakroom facilities will not be available and everything your bring with you will have to stay at your station with you.

Hand sanitiser is available at reception for you to use on arrival and before you leave.

Magazines and newspapers will not be available. Please feel free to bring your own reading material for your appointment.

Our team will be wearing the required PPE during your appointment. We ask that you also wear a mask/face covering whilst you are in the salon. If you do not have one we can provide you with a single use mask at reception. This mask will have a small nominal fee which will be added to your bill.

We have taken extra care to review our already high standards of cleaning and the products/equipment that we use.

During this time we ask that all payments be made by card. This should be contactless where possible.

We know our complementary drinks menu is a favourite amongst our clients but sadly for now we are only able to serve water. Please do not bring your own refreshments or food to consume during your appointment

Future Appointments

For now we will only be allowing clients to book one appointment in advance. This is to allow us to adapt the way we are working as quickly as possible as the situation changes.
